The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website. You must be at least 18 years old, and all the registration information that you provide to us must be true and accurate. You must also be the authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order.

How a contract is formed between us

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product from us. A contract between us will only be formed when we accept your offer by sending to you an e-mail confirming that the product has been dispatched (‘Dispatch Confirmation’). The products in your order may be dispatched separately. We will only be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order when the dispatch of these products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.

Products, Pricing and Payment

We make every effort to ensure that the description and imaging of our products is accurate. However, from time to time, product specifications may alter due to circumstances beyond our control. Therefore, please be aware that the descriptions and images of the products contained within this website are for your general information and use only. They do not form part of the contract between you and us for the sale of the products.

All pricing information on the web site is correct at the time of going online, except in the case of an obvious and clear error in pricing. Where there has been an obvious and clear error in pricing, we will contact you as possible and give you the opportunity to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time and alter or remove any special offers. Price changes will not affect products in respect of which we have already sent a Dispatch Confirmation to you. The prices quoted on our website include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and Solo.

Returns or exchanges

If you are not happy with a product that you have purchased from our website, please return it to us in a re-sellable condition within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund (excluding delivery charges). To be in a re-sellable condition, the product must be unworn, unaltered, in the original packaging and the tags must still be attached.
